Buy it now fuel policy
Each vehicle supplied to your organisation will be delivered with a full tank / 20 litres of fuel provided on a non-refundable basis. The fuel will be charged in advance based upon the AA national average for the month plus an administration fee.
Our buy it now price for May is £1.86 including VAT in the UK and €2.03 including VAT in the Republic of Ireland. It is also displayed on the rental desks of all our sites. Please note that all of our customers that hire from our Dublin depot will be charged the rate in Euros according to this 'Buy it now' fuel policy.
This policy means that you can use the fuel supplied with the vehicle without worrying about ensuring that the levels have been restored to those on supply, allowing you to concentrate on your core business activities.
Buy it later fuel policy
Each vehicle supplied to your organisation will be delivered with a full tank of fuel. The fuel will not be charged in advance but fuel charges levied will be based upon the AA national average for the month plus an administration fee.
Our buy it later price for May is £2.48 including VAT. The price is also displayed on the rental desks of all our sites.
This policy means that you can source a vehicle adequately fuelled and either return to us "as is", (where we will charge replenishment at the buy it later price), or return full in which case no charges for fuel will apply.
Sale or return fuel policy
Each vehicle supplied to your organisation will be delivered with a full tank of fuel provided on a refundable basis. The fuel will be charged in advance based upon the AA national average for the month plus an administration fee.
Our sale or return price for May is £2.13 including VAT. It is also displayed on the rental desks of all our sites.
This policy means that you can source a vehicle adequately fuelled. If you do not use all of the fuel then you will be reimbursed for what fuel remains.
