As part of the Northgate network, our highly trained mechanics service a fleet of over 60,000 vehicles on a daily basis from over 60 workshops throughout the UK. This means we stock more parts and can offer lower prices than any dealership. Our workshops are ready and waiting to service your vehicles. Our trained mechanics are licensed to carry out repairs on all the leading manufacturers such as, Ford, Mercedes-Benz, Iveco, Volkswagen and Peugeot.
You wouldn't let an unlicensed plumber repair your boiler, so why let an unlicensed mechanic repair your vehicle? We license our technicians through the Institute of Road Transport Engineers licensing scheme IRTEC. This gives Northgate customers the assurance that when they hire vehicles from us or use one of our workshops, you are in expert and professional hands.
Accredited to conduct warranty repairs by all of the leading manufacturers, our fully trained technicians will explain any work that is being undertaken and offer you a full inspection of any replacement parts being fitted.
As part of Northgate plc, we are able to centrally negotiate deals on items such as oil, tyres, filters and brake pads, creating big cost savings which we pass onto you. All our parts are kept on-site, which keeps repair times to a minimum.
Booking your vehicles
Depending on the size of the job, work can either be performed while you wait or by leaving your vehicle with us. All work will be fully agreed in advance and you will be provided with an all-inclusive price.
While your vehicle is off the road we can offer you a replacement vehicle for a highly competitive rate, just ask your local hire desk and they will provide you with the right vehicle.
Collection and payment
Upon collection of the vehicles, you will be given a full explanation of the work undertaken to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service, and giving you a chance to inspect any parts that were replaced.
